I have been looking at different Jobs in Retail London for a couple of weeks now. I found a website that has listings for hundreds of jobs in the London area, and it’s just been really interesting to look over the site to see what is available. I only want to work part time and I was able to do a search just for jobs that want only part time help. I found two that were not that far from me, and I applied for both. I am going to keep checking every day because more jobs are added on a daily basis. I am hoping that I will be able to get something soon so I can do something other than sit here and watch telly or play games on the Internet. If need be, maybe I will look for a full time job that is close to home.

I’ve always been interested in how the legal system really works behind the scenes, and so decided to get more information about what sorts of jobs I could get if I went to school for paralegal studies. I learned that I could qualify to get a pretty high paying job depending on what area of law I wanted to specialize in. I can’t decide right now if I want to go more into immigration or patent law though. I would actually be able to get hired to help in doing a lot of the research and documentation that’s required for every situation. I would be doing a huge amount of reading about case law, and even doing some investigations. Generally anything that needed to be done to support the case to a successful conclusion. There will be many deadlines to deal with and from what I read it will be a pretty demanding occupation. Sounds like a perfect job description to me.

I fell into becoming a surveyor back when I was a teenager and worked in the construction industry with my father. I hated the process of physically building a house or a building, but loved watching the surveyors go out and do their work. I started offering to help them do their work and they gave me little jobs and spent a lot of time answering my pesky questions.
