I started working out a couple of months ago. At first I was doing really great and I liked how much weight I was losing and how my body was toning up and gaining muscle. I have been researching many exercise bikes. I guess that I finally feel like it is time for me to get some work done on my body. First, you need to set a goal for yourself. What do you want to achieve by getting a fitness DVD? Does the creator claim that you will be able to achieve this through their program?
Have you tried losing weight before? Using what method? What was your body’s response? If you’ve enrolled in a gym or bought another exercise program, did you have the commitment to follow the instructions to the letter? Will you be able to find the time required for doing the exercises?
Do you have medical conditions that you need to address? Talk to your doctor before you buy this program.
My friend heeded my advice and spent more time thinking about this. She said she’ll spend the week also looking at other exercise programs.
